※2015年比データがある10カ国のうち、2023年住宅価格が2015年比で最も大きく上昇したのは米国(+87.1％)、続いて中国(+51.3%)、ドイツ(+48.7%)だった。
※13カ国中2023年の住宅価格が前年比で最も上昇したのは、台湾(+12.0%)で、フィリピン(+10.9%)、米国(+4.9％)と続く。一方、ドイツ(-8.5%)、韓国(-7.0%)は下落した。
