The change in homeownership rates_Japan (2008/2013/2018)

* The homeownership rate in Japan has remained stable at the 61% level for the past decade.
* By region, the homeownership rate in the Tohoku and Kyushu regions in 2018 decreased by 1.8 points compared to 2008. On the other hand, it increased by 1.1 points in the Kinki region.
