The change in homeownership rates_Thailand (1990/2000/2010)

Thailand's homeownership rate is on a downward trend, declining by 8.5 percentage points over the 20-year period from 1990 to 2010. In particular, the Central Region dropped by 14.7 points.


In 2010, Bangkok's homeownership rate was 52.8%, 39.9 percentage points lower than the ​Northeastern Region's highest rate of 92.7%.
