【中国】すい臓がんの早期スクリーニングについて

すい臓がんは？

すい臓がんは、中国における悪性腫瘍による死亡率で7位にランクイン。2016すい臓がんの死亡率は、 50歳以降明らかに急速し、また、男性の死亡率は女性より僅かに高いとみられる。2021年に死亡率は7.36/10万人であった。
このコラムでは、すい臓がんに進行しやすい高リスク集団とはだれか、中国におけるすい臓がんの早期スクリーニング（早期発見）の実態について迫る。

だれがすい臓がんの高リスク集団？

すい臓がんの発生率は約4-5/100,000と推察され、すい臓がんに進行しやすい高リスク集団として、遺伝性膵癌のリスクが高い人や慢性膵炎（CP）、
新規発症糖尿病（NOD）、膵嚢胞性腫瘍（PCN）の診断患者。高リスク集団のボリュームは3億人を超え、決して中国において少なくない。

早期スクリーニングは何？

すい臓がんは悪性度が高く、5年生存率が低いのは、主に早期診断が困難なためである。一方、中国におけるすい臓がんの早期診断率は国際的な先進レベルより低く、高リスク集団の早期スクリーニングはまだ普及していないと思われる。
