The reason for the temporary decline in registrations and then an increase in registrations is
Qlue was set up as a means of listening to the public, but when Jakarta's governor was replaced, the number of users decreased. The number of users decreased in proportion to the trust in the governor, but after citizens' complaints were found to be accepted through Qlue from around 2018, the number of users gradually increased again. In addition, the introduction of new systems such as Iot's automatic signaling system on CCTV, sensor systems, and computerized voice to prevent illegal parking have also contributed to the increase in users. The flood damage that occurred at the beginning of 2020 was not only in Jakarta, but also in Indonesia. Although the damage was severe in various areas, a lot of information was received and mapped on Qlue, which also allowed us to share hazard information and spread awareness among users.-
