Who said "just do it"? Thanks Nike for pushing me out from my confort zone. I don't like publishing opinions to public... Well I hate it... My preferred communication range is Short (1 on 1) > Middle (conference room level) > Long (Lecture hall) > Super long (Publishing articles/speech). I wanted to make Durian smell distance away from writing an article, I feel "don't want to move" like when I get sudden rain and get my socks wet.
The reasons why I wanted to start writing articles are not single but not complicated at all. It looks fun if I can do it, I need this skill for my current possition, the barrier sounds a bit lower than podcasting & youbute. Also my sister recommended to do it (I really want this excuse but I don't have a sister...).
According to the research from Japan MIC, the % of white part (Seldom write but view others) is very high. Awesome, it is not only me who feel shy to publish their opinions in Japan. Around 64% of users are watchers (Excluding barely-none users from tabulation, chart below). Now I'm getting out from warmer red part to cold black area which is a bit scary. Am I OK to do that...? Ops having a look at the chart below, I'm wondering how actually other Asian countries look like. Well, They don't use blogs that much as information source, maybe.
