This research revels the important changes in consumer shopping behavior in the digital age in Vietnam.
Summary
There are 3 major findings that have changed in the digital age: First of all, 20's do online shopping approximately three times a month, more than 10's and 30's. Next one is that no gender difference in terms of usage ratio, but women tended to spend more money online. Lastly, while many devices can be used for online shopping, about half of the orders are placed through mobile apps. We can see that shopping behavior is changing dramatically with smartphones.
