This report aims to clarify how consumers are willing to adopt 'unlock' phase towards the ‘New Normal’ after the lockdown in India.
The report analyses consumers' mindset and behavior from the needs structure viewpoint, starting from 'Basic safety' under lockdown to 'Well-being' during unlock phase, and towards 'Having fun' in the New Normal. Wearing masks and using sanitizers have become basic in their safety awareness, and the biggest challenge during the 'unlock' phase was revealed to be maintaining mental health. Looking ahead in the future, consumers are eager to go out from home and socialize with others to have fun.
