Summary
Watson has the highest awareness, followed by Boots and EVEANDBOY. Frequency of shop visit is once a month for all of stores. Watson scored highest for satisfaction. When looking at the values of health & beauty store shoppers in their daily lives, they see value in "trying to make decisions for themselves and trying to improve themselves to become better". Also, they find value in "eating tasty food is a blessing and maintaining a balance of external and internal health" and are not overly health conscious.
