Summary

Watsons is a leading brand of health & beauty stores with the highest awareness, followed by Boots and EVEANDBOY. Looking at each retailer's product category, Watsons and Boots shoppers were more likely to buy skin care and healthcare products, while EVEANDBOY and Sephora shoppers were more likely to buy cosmetics. Watsons scored highest for satisfaction. Currently, Grab Groceries' usage ratio is around 10% for hypermarket such as Tesco Lotus, Big C etc. whereas the Grab Groceries for personal care products has high potential as its usage intention is quite high.
