春は爽やかな気候。リヤドの位置する中央部はより暖かく、日が暮れた後の平均気温は約20度。 夏は気温が上昇し始め、最高気温は40℃以上にもなる。早朝と夜には穏やかな風があり、より過ごしやすい。 秋は、穏やかな天候と涼しいそよ風をもたらす。 冬は、日中はさわやかで夜は涼しく過ごしやすい天候。 年間を通して降水はほとんどなく、3～4月頃に少し降る程度。
