The Philippines has the highest percentage of female managers at 53.0%, followed by the United States (41.4%), Thailand (39.2%), and Singapore (38.1%). On the other hand, Japan has the lowest at 13.2%, followed by India (14.6%) and Saudi Arabia (15.4%).
Saudi Arabia had the highest rate of increase at +102.6%, followed by the UAE (+30.5%) and Thailand (+11.4%). On the other hand, Indonesia (-0.6%), Japan (-0.8%), Hong Kong (-1.2%), and Vietnam (-5.3%) showed declining trends.
