Commentary

* Amang the 14 targeted countries, Philippines is the only country where women work longer hours than men. *In other countries, men work longer hours, but the gap is smoller in Thailand (0.28 hours), Hong Kong (1 hour), China (1.6 hours), and Malaysia (1.9 hours). * On the other hand, India (10.11 hours), Japan (9.5 hours), and the United Kingdom (8.09 hours) have the largest gap in working hours between men and women.
