* In 2020, the homeownership rate in Beijing was 76.7%, down 6.2 percentage points from the previous year. It is presumed to be the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, in which the first patient was reported in December 2019.
* In 2020, the home ownership rate in rural areas was 90.3%, 15.5 percentage points higher than in urban areas.
