Pet ownership is on the rise across the Vietnam, so as taking care of their beloved pets' health. This is a study on “Pet Care in Vietnam” as a unique pet-owner-focused source for identifying & understanding their habits & behaviors.
Summary
Dog is the most popular pet in Vietnam, followed by cat, fish and bird. Pet owners nowadays equip themselves with full knowledge about taking care of pet health, rather than going for a vet because of concerns in unnecessary treatment for money. As a result, there is more competition among pet clinic/vets, so they need to offer more services as pet owners have become smarter, and pet medicine/supplements are more popular and easier to buy.
