前回(【ベトナム:地球の暮らし方】 日本の味覚がベトナムで通用するか)ではベトナムの味覚及びその中に潜んでいる日本商品のチャンスについて、筆者のベトナム出張の体験とConsumer Life Panoramaに登録されている生活者のデータを使ってご紹介した。今回は、ベトナムでインテージが店舗運営している「Ajimi」という日本商品の体験スペースで、入店する現地の顧客たちが実際に日本の伝統的な食べ物を試食した結果をご紹介して、ベトナム消費者の味覚に関する特徴及び日本の味の受容状況をご説明する。今回はインテージメンバーの任意で、日本の伝統的な食べ物である梅と甘酒の商品を数種類選んで、現地の消費者に試食していただいた。ここからは一緒にその試食の結果を見てみよう。
